We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Administrator to manage, maintain and enhance our core university platforms, including our HR & Payroll system and the Academic Work Planning system. Reporting to the Systems and Process Manager, you will:
Deliver expert advice and hands-on support to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience.
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently. Configuring systems to align with statutory requirements, university structures, and business rules.
Identify and implement new features and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support the evolving needs of the university.
Provide ongoing technical assistance to HR staff and employees, troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes and offering solutions to enhance user experience.
Educate HR team members and other users on new features and updates within the systems, facilitating effective use of the technology.
Collaborate with users to assess training needs and develop clear, user-friendly guidance and learning materials.
