Job Summary:
A vacancy has arisen for an HR-Finance/Facilities Assistant to work at our Head Office in Spalding, Lincolnshire to support the HR-Finance Controller.  
. The ideal candidate will provide support in various functions to assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR-Finance/Facilities department and would suit a person looking for progression.
Responsibilities:  
- Assist with recruitment processes including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews and inducting new staff.  
- Handle administrative tasks within the HR department, including updating employee records, DBS Checks, filing paperwork and organising documents.
- Distribution and monitoring fleet of vehicles.
- Distribution and monitoring office equipment, i.e. laptops, iPhones etc.  
- Managing Utility Contracts, Rates and Office Rental documents.
Requirements:  
- Proven experience in an administrative - finance role, preferably with human resources experience.
- Good IT and organisation Skills.  
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- A keen interest in human resources practices and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
