About Us

Floww Digital is a Platinum HubSpot Partner based in Glasgow, dedicated to helping businesses across the UK, Europe, and EMEA grow better. Our mission is simple: we empower organisations to unlock their full potential by implementing HubSpot and embedding it into their core processes. We ensure our clients extract every drop of value from the platform, saving them time and giving their teams the confidence to succeed.

We operate in a fun, fast-paced environment built on a culture of togetherness, hard work, and continuous professional development. If you are passionate about technology and want to make a tangible impact, you'll find a home at Floww.

About the Role

Due to exciting and sustained growth, we are looking for a dedicated HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our team. This is a brand-new role crucial to our clients' success and our continued expansion.

You will be the technical and strategic expert responsible for architecting, building, and optimising HubSpot portals that drive real business results. From complex implementations and onboarding to ongoing support, you will be the go-to person for our clients' HubSpot needs. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have significant autonomy and a direct, visible impact on our clients' growth trajectories.

About You

You are a HubSpot power-user with a passion for problem-solving and a talent for making complex technology simple for others. You thrive on variety and are energised by a fast-paced agency environment. We're looking for someone who has:

Proven HubSpot Expertise:

A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting HubSpot portals. You are an expert in building reports, workflows, automations, and custom properties from the ground up.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

You are a confident and clear communicator, equally comfortable leading a client discovery call, running a group training workshop (predominantly online), or troubleshooting a technical issue.

Outstanding Organisational Skills:

You have a proven ability to manage your own projects, juggling multiple client demands and deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Meticulous Attention to Detail:

You understand that in data management and system setups, the small details make all the difference. Cleaning a CSV for a critical import is second nature to you.

A Growth Mindset:

You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to keep up with the ever-evolving HubSpot platform. You have a natural inclination towards a Revenue Operations (RevOps) mindset, always looking for ways to streamline processes and align data across the entire customer lifecycle.

Bonus Points:

Experience working for a HubSpot Partner agency with a focus on implementations would be a significant advantage.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same, and your weekly schedule will be an even split between deep technical work and client-facing engagement. A typical week could see you:

Architecting and building a complex lead-nurturing workflow for a new B2B client. Leading a virtual training session to onboard a client's sales team onto HubSpot Sales Hub. Diving into a messy CSV file to clean, format, and prepare data for a seamless import. Troubleshooting an integration issue between HubSpot and a client's accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks. Building a suite of custom reports and dashboards to give a client clear visibility of their marketing ROI. Connecting client email inboxes and phone systems during a new portal setup.
You'll be constantly switching between strategic thinking, technical execution, and client education to deliver outstanding results.

Compensation

We believe in rewarding our team for their hard work and dedication. Here's what we offer:

A competitive salary of

30,000 - 35,000

, based on your experience and expertise.

Flexible Working:

We trust our team to get the job done and offer a flexible approach to your working arrangements.

Your Birthday Off:

Take a paid day off to celebrate your birthday, on us!

Direct Impact & Growth:

As a key member of a growing team, you'll work directly with the MD, and your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's success.

Professional Development:

We are committed to your growth and will support you in staying at the forefront of the HubSpot ecosystem.

A Great Team:

Join a fun, supportive, and ambitious team that celebrates wins together.
