, you will support and enhance our use of HubSpot across both
Sales
and
Marketing
teams. As a software company with B2B and B2C operations, we rely on HubSpot to drive
automation

CRM integrity
, and integrated
customer engagement
. This role will own the technical configuration of HubSpot and ensure
seamless alignment
between systems, processes, and users. The role often involves strategic planning, training, and ongoing support to help our teams achieve their business goals through HubSpot. The role will connect with a diverse group of individuals and will build positive business relationships by providing regular project status updates.
This position is based in either our Lyon, France or our Tamworth, UK office with hybrid work schedule flexibility.
What You Will Do:
Administer HubSpot CRM: manage user roles, pipelines, custom objects, deal stages, multiple business units, and system settings.
Support both Sales and Marketing teams with tailored automations, lead routing, and segmentation to automate tasks and streamline processes.
Create and maintain workflows, forms, CTAs, and campaigns aligned with all customer journeys.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, funnel performance, and attribution.
Ensure data integrity, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and support key integrations with other tools (NetSuite, Atlassian, Website).
Provide user support, documentation, and training across teams to ensure effective use, including best practices and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Ops Tech to manage API use, system performance, and platform scalability.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and providing insights to improve HubSpot's effectiveness.
Staying up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates and industry trends.
Working closely with internal teams to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
Deliver efficiencies with AI and automation solutions.

The Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an Engineering or coding role
2+ years of experience administering HubSpot in a SaaS or tech company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Deep understanding of HubSpot modules: CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
Experience supporting both B2B and B2C processes.
Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python for API interactions for customizations.
HubSpot certifications preferred (CRM Implementation, Marketing Software, etc.)
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
English proficiency required
Familiarity with the well-used HubSpot tools and strategies including, lifecycle stages, email nurturing, sales pipelines, ticket pipelines, CRM properties, email marketing, workflows,
chatbots, and popups
Experience analyzing and drawing insights from data
Experience working directly with sales, marketing and business stakeholders and a multidisciplinary team

where you can truly be yourself. The salary range for this role depends on experience. The pay range for an individual located in France is EUR55,000 - EUR60,000/year. The pay range for an individual located in the UK is 47,000 - 52,000/year.
