Above all, in HR Strategy & Transformation Advisory, we are always looking for purpose and the opportunity to make an impact in everything we do, whilst keeping people at the centre of organisational thinking.
Organisation & Workforce Transformation
- Globally, organisations across government and public, financial, and private sectors face novel and sweeping external forces, from sustainability and climate to emerging technologies. Organisation & Workforce Transformation interrogates how best to align an organisation's operating model, structure, talent, leadership, and culture, with a business strategy that addresses these external forces. We work with organisations to deliver true transformation and sustain it over time. We collaborate across the Deloitte network to make work better for humans, and humans better at work.
Major Programmes
- Today, organisations across all sectors of global life face unprecedented economic, environmental, and societal change. Meeting these challenges requires corresponding investment in transformation and future-facing infrastructure but, due to their inherent complexity, many of these investments never deliver the required benefits. Deloitte Major Programmes specialises in the design, mobilisation, delivery and recovery of high-investment, high-impact transformation and infrastructure programmes.
