The Human Resources Analyst will assist the HR team in aligning business objectives with employee and management needs in designated business functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Support Senior HRBP in initiatives, solutions, programs and policies
Work closely with HRIS and HROps teams on onboarding
Work with confidential data, ensure information in HR system is accurate and reliable
Support UK and Europe HR team with ad hoc project
Perform orientations and communicate initiatives to drive employee engagement.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience in international company. Possess business acumen with a sense of urgency, problem solving and critical thinking skills and fundamentals.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
Experience with Workday(ATS)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel)
Qualifications
1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
