Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources processes, as well as experience with HRIS systems.

Duties



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews using ATS such as Taleo or Workday. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organisational effectiveness. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote employee development and engagement. Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Manage social media platforms for employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining files, and preparing reports as needed.

Skills



Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Taleo or Workday is highly desirable. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing records and documentation. Knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including recruitment strategies and employee relations. Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantage. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is beneficial but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: 30,741.00-33,897.00 per year
