We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. The Human Resources Manager will also oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Manage recruitment processes using ATS systems like Taleo to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding and training programmes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain employee records through accurate data entry in HRIS platforms such as Workday and Salesforce.
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Manage social media channels for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
Collaborate with departmental heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is essential.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
Familiarity with data entry processes and administrative tasks within an HR context.
Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
