We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital management and be adept in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to manage change effectively within the organization. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and performance management.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment & labor law.
Develop and execute strategic workforce management plans to align with organizational goals.
Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
Conduct employee evaluations and provide guidance on performance management practices.
Address employee relations issues by providing conflict management support and fostering open communication channels.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate data entry into HRIS systems like Workday, ADP, or Paylocity.
Collaborate with leadership on organization design and succession planning initiatives.
Utilize project management skills to lead HR-related projects effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
Familiarity with employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation processes, and OSHA standards.
Strong skills in change management, strategic planning, talent management, and workforce management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making within HR functions.
Knowledge of social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus.
