Maintain and manage HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting capabilities. Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives. Handle employee relations issues, providing support and guidance in conflict resolution. Collaborate with management to develop training programmes that enhance employee skills and career development. Utilise social media management tools to promote company culture and job openings effectively. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation. Proficient in data entry and management, with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with recruitment processes. Previous administrative experience in a human resources setting is preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
