We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Lawyer to join our esteemed legal team. Duties

Advise clients on various immigration matters, including visas, residency, citizenship, and asylum applications. Prepare and file legal documents with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with all regulations and deadlines. Represent clients in immigration hearings and proceedings, advocating for their best interests. Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and policies to provide accurate guidance. Negotiate with government agencies on behalf of clients to resolve issues related to their immigration status. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and outcomes. Stay updated on changes in immigration legislation and policies that may affect clients' cases.

Experience

A qualified solicitor or barrister with a valid practising certificate in immigration law. Proven experience in handling a variety of immigration cases is essential. Strong negotiation skills are required to effectively advocate for clients' needs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
