The Role
We are hiring for a full-time Senior Implementation Manager/Implementation Manager to join our team. This is a client-facing position requiring hands-on experience delivering SaaS platform setups, including configuration, data readiness, access provisioning, workflow enablement and go-live preparation.
You will support clients throughout their lifecycle on Plentific by managing technical setup/implementation requests, and ensuring adoption remains high. The role requires the ability to analyse client processes, identify optimisation opportunities and help in designing scalable solutions aligned with their operational goals.
The key focus will be on proactivity, cross-collaboration, quality control of the tasks, successful project completion and execution of relevant projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organisation.
Working closely with clients in the UK, you will oversee onboarding projects as well as support internal teams on small-scale technical integrations that drive automation and scalability.
To excel in this role, you must be highly organised, a strong communicator and able to adapt quickly within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

  • Define accurate, realistic project scopes and delivery timelines that set clear expectations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Establish good relationship and proactive communication with the clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure they are kept abreast of the progress
  • Align projects with company objectives and ensure stakeholders understand requirements and expectations
  • Manage multiple workstreams from initiation through to BAU
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, providing proactive and transparent communication
  • Identify delivery risks, if any, and manage change when necessary to meet the project objectives
  • Conduct internal and external Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) to support continuous improvement
  • Ownership of internal responsibilities such as reporting, control checks, knowledge base updates and process optimisation
  • Escalate and resolve blockers across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
Skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistently performs thorough quality checks for deliverables

  • Fluency in English across written, verbal and presentation contexts
  • Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Knowledge of the PropTech ecosystem is a plus
Experience and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of client-facing technical project delivery experience in a fast-paced tech or scale-up environment
  • Experience managing technical projects involving API-based system integrations
  • Demonstrated success working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred
