Job description

We are recruiting a Quoting & Account Manager to handle inbound enquiries and produce quotes for luxury packaging projects, primarily rigid boxes and related products.

The role involves:

Receiving inbound enquiries from customers Reviewing customer briefs and specifications Building quotes using internal quoting systems Passing confirmed work to internal teams for production
The work is practical and detail focused, with an emphasis on accuracy, logical thinking, and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

Receive and log inbound enquiries by email and phone Review customer briefs and identify missing or unclear information Prepare accurate quotes using internal systems and templates Sense-check quotes for feasibility, accuracy, and completeness Select appropriate packaging options within agreed parameters Handover confirmed jobs to internal teams with clear information Respond to customer questions during the quoting and order process

Skills and experience

Previous experience in a quoting, estimating, or account handling role Comfortable working with numbers, specifications, and structured systems Logical approach to problem solving and checking work Clear written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines
Experience in packaging, print, or manufacturing is helpful but not essential.

Salary and development

The starting salary for this role is 26,000, with scope for a higher offer based on experience and the ability to work independently.

There may be opportunities over time to take on additional responsibility as systems and processes develop.

If a successful candidate brings relevant existing customer relationships, commission arrangements can be discussed separately.
