Following a recent restructure we now find ourselves looking for a dynamic, fast thinking Inbound Telesales / Planning Coordinator to join our sales team at both our Leeds sites in Gildersome (Gelderd Road) and Whinmoor (A64) areas.

Being the very first point of contact for our customers it is vital that the successful applicant comes with a minimum of 2 years B2C sales experience and someone who has genuine passion for turning enquiries into appointments.

Job Title: Inbound Telesales / Planning Coordinator



Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing Location: Office-based Monday to Friday. Offices in Gildersome and Whinmoor (A64) areas of Leeds (main operating office is Geldered Road,Gildersome)

Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday



Key Responsibilities



Handle all incoming customer enquiries in a professional manner

Book appointments for our team of surveyors (good geographical knowledge of the North of England required)

Manage and update CRM system with full customer details and nature of enquiry for which full training will be given

Liaise with the Installations Supervisor to book in installs following successful survey conversions

. Handle the sales phone out of hours on a 1 in 4 week rota (extra payment of 100 per week will be paid)

Deal with all customer walk-in and showroom appointments at both Leeds Showrooms, expectation is that you will spend at least 2 days at our Whinmoor (A64) Showroom (this arrangement is subject to change dependant on business requirements).

Be able to react to changes at short notice in what is a fluid operation to meet business and customer demands

The successful person will:



Have a proactive mindset and be open to any challenge that may come your way

Have a fantastic telephone manner

Be confident when speaking to customers whether on the telephone or face to face

Possess excellent IT skills

Have experience of working in the mobility/stairlift industry (Not essential, we just want the right person for the job)

Be a great people person and be able to build a rapport with customers

Posses a positive can-do attitude

A minimum of 2 years B2C experience

Have good geographical knowledge of the North of England

Have exceptional organisational skills

Be driven to provide the very best service to both the customer and business at all times

Pride yourself on achieving success and being an integral member of the Leodis Team

Hold a full UK driving licence

Salary



Starting Salary 30,000 to 35,000 DOE

Although this position initially comes with no direct reports it is envisaged that as the business continues to grow, there may be opportunity for the right person to take on more responsibility within the business and in time move into a more supervisory position.

Ongoing training and development will be provided to ensure that you are fully conversant with all products supplied to our customers
