With a recent change in the European team, Trimax is looking for a motivated and experienced Planning Coordinator to join us at our Northamptonshire office.






In this role, you will be a key member of our team, planning for a wide range of tasks across 2 sites and 4 different teams. The successful candidate will need strong organisational skills to ensure workflow is smooth and efficient.






Main Responsibilities:


Plan production in accordance with forecasts and customer needs within our European operations

Work closely with our engineering team to ensure BOMs and routes are accurate

Foster strong communication and collaboration with team leaders

Maintain stocking levels to ensure agreed levels are not exceeded

Apply LEAN manufacturing techniques to drive efficiency and reduce waste

Work with global teams to support their requirements

Work closely with the sales team to provide information on availability and lead times

Accountable for tracking of components throughout the factory




Skills & Experience:


Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

2 years' experience in a planning capacity role

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system

Strong organisational skills
