Are you passionate about inclusion, support for learners with SEND, and providing outstanding administrative coordination? Plumpton College is looking for a committed and organised Inclusion Administrator to support our Inclusive Learning and Development (ILD) team.




In this pivotal role, you will support key processes related to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), provide essential admin for our Inclusive Learning and Development Lead, and help ensure that every student receives the tailored support they need to thrive.




What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the Inclusive Learning and Development Lead and wider ILD team Coordinating all aspects of EHCP annual review processes and SEND-related meetings Liaising with tutors to gather reports and ensure timely preparation of review documents Acting as a point of contact for parents and external professionals, managing communications with care and professionalism Maintaining accurate records and audit trails of correspondence and meetings Organising and managing internal support meetings and related paperwork Overseeing ILD registers and supporting the development of systems to capture and report on impact data Managing schedules for team roles and key processes Contributing to marketing and communication updates

What We're Looking For

Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills A collaborative, professional attitude with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and care
