We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with the expectation of working in the office a minimum of 4 days per month.

Purpose of Job



As Income Team Leader you will be the lead person for maximising income collection and arrears recovery across the business, ensuring access to appropriate support and advice is in place to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will support the Head of Customer Experience on the implementation of the Income Management strategy, policies and systems as well as KPI reporting.

Key accountabilities



1. To lead on the effective management of income collection and arrears recovery across the business, ensuring performance is regularly reviewed and benchmarked and KPI targets are met.

2. To deliver a supportive and informative income management service, focused on customer outcomes and rent and service charge maximisation.

3. To support the delivery of the Income Management Strategy and Policies, ensuring the team's compliance with the Rent Arrears Escalation procedure, and wider regulatory requirements and legislation

4. To work closely with a range of customers, key stakeholders, and partners. To promote resident involvement and ensure feedback is actively sought by a variety of methods and that feedback received is acted upon and responded to.

5. To keep up to date with legislation, regulation, national policy, and best practice associated with the role making recommendations as appropriate. Understand the current thinking in relation to income management.

6. To produce reports and performance information for the Tenants' Committee, Business Strategy Group, Executive Management Team and Board as necessary.

Pay: Up to 38,167.00 per year
