Experienced Curry Chef - Small Indian Takeaway (Edgware)
We are a busy Indian takeaway in Edgware looking for a skilled and reliable Curry Chef to join our kitchen team.
Hours: 4:00pm - 11:00pm, 6 days per week (Monday off)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes including chicken curry, lamb curry, daals, rice, and other menu items.
Follow our established recipes and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality.
Cook in bulk while maintaining high standards of flavour and presentation.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met in the kitchen.
Work as part of a small, dedicated team to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience working as a chef in an Indian restaurant or takeaway.
Proven ability to prepare authentic Indian curries and bulk cooking.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
