Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor food production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
Qualifications
Specialized in cooking authentic Andhra Pradesh and Telangana local foods
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, production techniques, and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
Creative flair with the ability to develop innovative dishes.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
