Summary
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager for our Wembley branch. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional vegetarian cuisine and service.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and manage food production
Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices
Excellent supervisory and team management skills
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Passion for vegetarian cuisine is a plus
