Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our Client Services team to deliver insightful, data-driven reports that tell compelling stories and support strategic decision-making. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients--both in written reports and during client meetings. Participate in client calls and presentations, helping to explain analytics findings and respond to client questions with confidence and clarity. Proactively explore data to uncover trends, identify performance drivers, and recommend areas for improvement. Conduct social listening and market research to enrich programme performance analysis and deepen understanding of healthcare professional engagement.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated ability to analyse data, create visualisations, and communicate insights effectively. Experience presenting to clients or stakeholders, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualisation tools (preferably Tableau or similar). A collaborative mindset with a passion for working in cross-functional teams. A proactive approach to learning and developing your own analytical and visualisation skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
