We are proud of the outstanding service we provide to our customers and due to continued success, we are looking for someone to join our office team at our Head Office in Wareham.
Duties for this role will include:
Contacting customers across the UK to plan in work and keep them up to date with scheduling
Ensure payments are received on time and in full, as per the customer's contract
Organisation of paperwork to assist with the timely completion of works
Ensuring materials are received for the engineering team to carry out the installation in accordance with customers contract
Any other administration duties required to ensure the smooth running of the Installation Department
To be successful you will:
Have an exceptional telephone manner
Strong organisation skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Knowledge of Microsoft products with ability to learn new software systems
