Installation Coordinator
to join our office team.
About the Role
As an Installation Coordinator, you'll play a key role in scheduling and supporting our installation process. You'll work closely with customers, surveyors, and installation teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate installation calendars
Communicate with customers to confirm installation dates
Liaise with surveyors to collect job details
Maintain accurate records and scheduling updates
Support the operations team with general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Excellent time management and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in diary management or scheduling (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
