Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08.00 am to 05.00 pm, 40 hours

Main Job Purpose:
Be part of and support the planning and day to day delivery of new installations and larger projects. You will require good communications skills both internally and with customers, full ownership of the role would need to be taken including data entry on our internal systems to provide full audit traceability of all actions.
To ensure Engineers have all items and kit required to fulfil customer orders on installation/service day and deliver items to site (using company vehicle) where required.

Role accountabilities
:
Working in conjunction with the Planning Manager to achieve the following:
Scheduling all installations works into diary by allocating engineers to meet the needs of each order
Ensure planning team have the required products and repairs ordered as per process
Oversee the delivery of all works being completed within set budget and timescale
Liaise directly on a daily basis with engineers to ensure planning is correct and up to date and engineers have the support to carry out their work efficiently and on time.
Liaise directly with Procurement and Stock team to ensure booked work can be completed as planned and all stock is available ready for prebuild, preprograming and ready for engineer collection
Regular update reports to the Planning manager and sales / design team regarding progress and any issues where needed to enable swift resolution
Keep customers updated on timescale and any site related or delivery issues at all times
Keep records of any additional stock needed / extra works and ensure that systems are kept up to date
Inspect paperwork at end of each job to ensure full and adequate completion of required paperwork whilst ensuring any extras have been allocated and easily identifiable for the invoicing process.
Planning training and commissioning visits for new installations where required
Carry out and comply with all company policies, procedures and instructions and any other reasonable duties deemed necessary by the company.
