We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver outstanding projects for our valued customers.

Role Overview:


As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing the smooth and efficient installation process of windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, liaising with customers, managing installation teams and sub-contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate the scheduling of installations to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Take payments over the phone. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding installation timelines, updates, and queries. Work closely with the installation teams to ensure all materials are available for scheduled projects. Raise Purchase Orders and send to relevant Suppliers. Ensure all installation projects are completed according to company standards, safety guidelines, and client expectations. Monitor and track installation progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly. Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of installations, including customer information, job details, and completion reports. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns or complaints and resolving any installation-related issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Preferable experience in coordinating installations or planning, preferably in windows and doors or similar construction-related fields. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM Systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Proficiency with scheduling software or calendars. A positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work well within a team. Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm & Friday 8am to 4.00pm. 21 Days Holiday + Statuary Holidays with the option to purchase 2 additional days. Free Parking Company Pension Scheme
