Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Installations Manager to join a growing organisation specialising in PVC decking solutions. This role will oversee residential installation projects across multiple sites, ensuring efficient scheduling, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Based in Doncaster, the role will support continued business growth by managing day-to-day operations and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple installation teams across residential sites. Coordinate and order materials ahead of scheduled works to ensure seamless delivery. Oversee job preparations and site readiness for upcoming installations. Recruit, allocate, and manage additional fitters as required to meet project demands. Handle and resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally. Manage rescheduling of jobs, providing clear and timely updates to all stakeholders. Liaise effectively with internal teams, representatives, installation crews, and customers. Monitor performance data to inform decisions that enhance profitability and control costs. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations across all installation activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an installations management or multi-site supervisory role. Strong background in scheduling, logistics, and people management. Technical understanding of installation processes and site operations. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. A proactive problem-solver with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Solid knowledge of Health & Safety compliance within operational settings.
