About the Role

Sync Energy, part of the Luceco Group, is seeking an experienced

Installations Manager

to support and train electricians and installers working with our EV and home energy product range. This is a hybrid role involving office, home, and customer site work.

Responsibilities

Manage installer database and SLA contracts Deliver training for EV charging, solar PV, and battery storage systems Support the commercial team with customer onboarding and site readiness Monitor and report on commercial site progress and payments Collaborate on CPD development and customer training sessions

Requirements

Experience as an electrician or installer, ideally with PV and battery systems Strong understanding of product installation and system performance Full UK driving licence (essential) Comfortable using Microsoft Office (preferred) Excellent communication and organisational skills

39 hours/week Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm
