The Role

As Installations Manager, you'll lead and develop a regional team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient, high-quality installations. The role involves managing performance, maintaining compliance, and upholding company standards across projects within your area.


Key Responsibilities


Manage installation resources, staffing, and subcontractors Oversee project delivery to meet KPIs, budgets, and timelines Monitor Health & Safety compliance and conduct risk assessments/audits Lead recruitment, team development, and performance reviews Resolve customer issues and represent EnviroVent at client and regulatory meetings Collaborate with internal teams on training plans and continuous improvement Supervise stock control and expense management

Requirements


Essential:


18th Edition qualification NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (Buildings & Structures) Minimum 1 year management experience Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance

Desirable:


JIB Gold Card 2391 or 2392 qualification Electrical QS experience IOSH and/or SSSTS certification

Additional Info


Travel required approximately 50% of the time Office/home hybrid working model
