Salary 27,000 plus bonuses after training

We are looking to recruit a full time Insurance Sales/Retention Agent to join our team. This is a key role within our company to make sure that we are retaining every client at renewal.

Job

Quoting and then calling our existing clients when their home insurance is up for renewal Call clients when they have a missed premium or cancelled their direct debits to retain business Collect annual payment details Dealing with clients who want to make amendments to their policies Quoting across our panel of provders to find a product that suits the clients needs

Ideal Candidate will:-

Have proven success in B2C telephone sales in a call centre environment (ideally within insurance) Have the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers over the telephone Have a positive attitude which can be maintained all day long Have excellent objection handling skills Be comfortable working in a fast pace sales environment Have excellent IT skills enabling you to switch between quoting systems with speed and accuracy Have strong customer service skills to make sure that our clients get the best possible service. Clients may have questions and also need to make changes to their policies. Be required to help out on new business sales during holidays and busy periods. Have outstanding organization
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person with experience in a call centre environment preferably in home insurance sales & retention who is willing to work hard and receive the rewards for doing so

We work with Mortgage Brokers, Financial Advisors, Estate Agents and many more where buildings & contents insurance is not the core of their business. They refer their clients to us so that they can concentrate on other areas of their businesses.

We are now stronger than ever and have built our client bank up considerably.

We have a bespoke CRM system which is fully automated.
