An exciting opportunity to join a growing team within the commercial insurance department of a leading pet insurance provider. This office-based role offers a dynamic mix of customer service, administration and sales support. Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality service as the business continues to expand its brand across the UK and Europe.

• Respond to and resolve customer enquiries, ensuring full ownership of each task
• Carry out general insurance policy administration accurately and promptly
• Proactively follow up enquiries to convert them into policies
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
• Produce and manage high quality documentation
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems
• Build a strong understanding of company insurance products
• Highlight process improvements with a solutions-focused approach
• Share knowledge and best practice with colleagues
• Comply with regulatory and company policies at all times
• Participate in regular training in line with company and FCA standards

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role is highly desirable, particularly within the insurance sector, though full training will be provided. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential. This role would suit someone with a love of pets and a passion for customer service, who enjoys working collaboratively within a team. This role could suit someone who has worked as an Insurance Advisor, Customer Service Executive, or Sales Support Administrator.Company Information
