working with our key clients
on a wide range of advisory projects, bringing
deep business and technology expertise
to help address opportunities and challenges across their organisations.
Your role as a
Senior Manager
means being a
key player in the development of the UK practice in terms of:
Deep Industry Expertise and Experience:
Proven track record in delivering Insurance transformation across the value chain, leveraging Technology to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Business Development:
Play a key sales role, driving complex business proposals and contributing significantly to account development. Drive challenging deal wins and sales growth by expanding networks and mobilizing skilled stakeholders. Demonstrate cutting-edge expertise on a topic, being able to make a difference when selling, enriching the value proposition, anticipate trends and clients' needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technology and insurance sector.
People development
- supporting the development of our teams in the UK, and leading and coaching our teams both on client engagements, and internally.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role:
Solid foundations in
consulting skills
in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (Insurance transformation, management, or Advisory focused)
Proven track record of
selling consulting services
(account planning, pitches, proposals, value proposition development)
Solid network of contacts within the
insurance
industry
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization,
experience in managing and leading teams
, developing and coaching junior members of staff
Proven
background leading strategic Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility

Travel and Location
Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to commute to the office /client site, whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.
Note:
Mandatory 2-3 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation
