We're looking for a
motivational Team Manager
to join our high-performing
Norton Team
-- someone who can inspire, coach, and lead a team to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a FTC for 15 months, maternity cover.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage a high-energy team within the Norton brand.
Drive performance to meet and exceed sales, service, and compliance KPIs.
Use Emotional Intelligence (EI) tools to inspire, coach, and engage your team.
Conduct regular 1-to-1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Identify and develop talent, address underperformance, and support professional growth.
Ensure excellence in customer outcomes, compliance, and business quality.
Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve processes and systems.
Be a visible, positive role model for the Norton values and company culture.
About You
Proven success managing or supervising an Insurance sales or customer service team.
Naturally energetic, motivating, and resilient under pressure.
Skilled in performance management, coaching, and communication.
Strong understanding of KPIs, compliance, and quality assurance.
A confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
