Contracts Manager
to join our team. We welcome applications from established Contracts Managers or experienced Project Managers ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will take a leading role in pre-commencement planning and procurement activities across a range of exciting interior fit-out projects. Working closely with our commercial team and Site Managers, you will help drive effective programming, coordination and delivery from project inception through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Securing best-value sub-contractor and supplier pricing
Procuring sub-contract works in collaboration with the delivery team
Leading and attending regular client review meetings
Coordinating supply chain progress and planning meetings
Maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, consultants and colleagues
Preparing accurate construction phase programmes
This role requires someone who can work independently, thrives under tight deadlines, and has a strong, practical understanding of on-site safety and project delivery.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
An effective communicator and confident team leader
A team player who works well with clients, colleagues and supply chain partners
An experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager seeking to progress
Experienced in the shopfitting/interior fit-out sector
Knowledgeable of current Building Legislation
Highly skilled in planning, programming and advance project coordination
Willing to work across a large geographical area
Financially and commercially aware
Methodical, organised and proactive in approach
Holder of a full UK driving licence

5 years+
