We are seeking a dynamic B2B, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Experience with software solutions, particularly Pixsell and Microsoft Office Package, will be advantageous in managing client interactions and tracking sales progress.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with Customers and the external Sales Team.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Utilise Pixsell to manage client data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Attend Exhibitions.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the small business sector.
Strong understanding of software solutions, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) being highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer ordering patterns, seasonal buying demands allowing you to make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach with a strong drive for results and achieving targets.
Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
