We're looking for a creative and engaging

Internal Communications Executive

to join our team and help bring our people, products, and values to life through memorable, impactful communications.

What you'll be doing:

Owning and managing the

Bensons intranet

as the go-to hub for key updates and resources.
Creating, editing, and publishing

compelling content

across newsletters, intranet, video, and events.
Filming and producing

short-form video content

for internal campaigns and LinkedIn. Coordinating the

annual communications calendar

, ensuring timely and relevant messages.
Supporting the delivery of

virtual events and campaigns

across the business.
Managing the

Communications inbox

, handling requests and maintaining distribution lists.
Providing admin and logistics support, including reports, presentations, and campaign summaries.
Acting as a

brand guardian

, ensuring every message reflects our tone of voice and values.

What you'll bring to the sleepover:

A natural storyteller with excellent

copywriting and content creation skills

.
Confidence with

video filming and editing

(bonus if you've created content for LinkedIn, TikTok, or Instagram).
Experience using

digital comms tools

(SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage).
Strong

organisation skills

-- able to juggle priorities and deadlines with ease.
Great at building relationships, listening, and collaborating across teams.
At least

1 year's experience

in a busy communications team, ideally within a multi-site business.
A degree in Communications, Media, or similar would be great, but your

skills and creativity matter most
