About the role:



We are looking for an

Internal Communications Executive

who is bursting with ideas and driven by purpose -- someone who can help our customers and employees across the business understand, connect and feel inspired by our mission, strategy, and shared goals.

The ideal person will be confident, collaborative, and bring energy to every interaction and have experience in the following areas:

Previous experience in internal communications, employee engagement and marketing A strong grasp of communication tools and content management systems, including SharePoint. The ability to turn business updates into engaging stories that resonate with different audiences. A creative mind and a sharp eye for detail -- from writing snappy headlines to designing visual content. Confidence in using data and insights to shape and improve communication strategies, from the leadership teams to our operational teams Impeccable organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Outstanding skills at creating compelling digital content A proactive and positive approach -- ready to get stuck in and help wherever needed. The ability to create a business communication plan to unify comms across the business Being part of a small team means you will help shape our approach to media relations, public affairs, digital communications and internal communications. Supports on key internal events and get-togethers, including comms & planning. Understands the overlap between communications and brand. Can visualise and concisely explain communications concepts to wider team members to ensure ideas reflect our brand. Designs and rolls out a 'town-hall' programme, to provide our global team members with senior leadership updates. Confident in their written and oral presentation skills Proactively seeks to make recommendations to improve ways of working and suggests ideas and process improvements across the business. Acts as the primary point of contact for external communications, ensuring that our external messaging is aligned with our internal narrative and supports the business strategic objectives. Support internal initiatives including our surveys, events, and recognition programmes Support the corporate website and be involved in the creating of social media posts that showcase our culture and achievements

Skills and experience



Proven experience of leading strategic communications projects Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills. Effective communication styles with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels Highly adept at prioritising a busy workload with multiple stakeholders Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced business. Confidence working with intranet platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Unily), CMS tools (e.g. WordPress), and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe A degree in Communications or a related field (or equivalent in experience)
