Internal Communications Executive
We're partnering with a global law firm to find a creative and organised Internal Communications Executive who's ready to make an impact. If you love crafting engaging content, keeping internal messaging sharp and consistent, and working across diverse teams, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
This role sits within a collaborative and forward-thinking marketing and communications team, where no two days are the same. You'll be the voice behind the scenes - keeping colleagues informed, connected, and inspired.
What You'll Be Doing

• Writing and publishing internal news that people actually want to read.
• Keeping the intranet fresh, relevant, and easy to navigate.
• Supporting global teams (think HR, D&I, ESG, IT) with clear and engaging messaging.
• Helping shape the internal content calendar and aligning it with external comms.
• Measuring what works - and tweaking what doesn't - to boost engagement.
• Being a go-to brand ambassador, helping others stay on tone and on message.

What You'll Bring

• A way with words and a sharp eye for detail.
• Confidence using tools like SharePoint, Viva Engage, and the usual Microsoft suite.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Experience in a professional services environment (or similar).
• A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in internal communications.
