About the Role



We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Internal Project Manager

to oversee and manage all projects across our organization. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of various internal projects, from small-scale initiatives to large, complex undertakings. You'll work closely with all departments, facilitating communication, managing resources, and driving projects to completion on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities



Project Lifecycle Management:

Manage the entire project lifecycle for all internal projects, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Directors, Management Team, and project sponsors to understand project needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Planning & Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

Budget Oversight:

Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints where applicable.

Communication & Reporting:

Establish clear communication channels and provide regular, transparent updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to all relevant stakeholders. Prepare detailed project reports for leadership.

Resource Coordination:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies within the organization.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned.

Qualifications



Experience:

Proven experience in project management, ideally in an internal or cross-functional capacity.

Project Management Methodologies:

Solid understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a significant advantage.

Organizational Skills:

Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across departments.

Problem-Solving:

Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
