The successful candidate will therefore play a direct role in furthering Primary Goal's mission to build a diverse generation of digitally literate leaders.



The Role



You will be integral in improving the quality and consistency of assessment and delivery across a range of digital apprenticeship standards and regulated qualifications, including Leadership & Management, CAVA, IQA and Functional Skills. The role ensures compliance with awarding bodies, Ofsted, ESFA, and internal quality assurance policies.



You must be able to motivate and inspire a team of delivery Coaches and Trainers to drive high-quality measures, allowing learners to achieve their full potential whilst on their programmes, regardless of their starting point.




You ideally must have previous apprenticeship or vocational teaching and quality background experience, ideally across Digital, ICT, Leadership and Management, TAQA and Functional Skills, however, strong candidates from other vocations are encouraged to apply.



Essential



Teaching qualification e.g., DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent Assessing qualification e.g., CAVA, A1 English & maths qualifications at L2/grade C or above IQA qualification Occupational competence in at least one of the following: Digital apprenticeship standards (e.g., Digital Support Technician, IT Solutions, etc.) Management & Leadership (e.g. Team Leader/Supervisor, Operations/Departmental Manager) CAVA and IQA qualifications Experience in internal quality assurance within apprenticeship or further education settings. High attention to detail and accuracy in assessing quality and compliance. Knowledge of Ofsted EIF, ESFA rules, and EPA requirements.

Desirable

Experience with e-portfolios, LMS platforms, and digital assessment tools (e.g., Bud, or similar, Canva, Microsoft Teams etc.). Experience preparing for Ofsted or external quality assurance visits. Understanding of the digital skills framework and how it applies to apprenticeships. Key Skills & Attributes Excellent communication, feedback, and mentoring skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Commitment to ongoing professional development and keeping up-to-date with industry changes. A passion for innovation and creative thinking to shape future services

Competitive Salary 30,000.00 - 34,000.00 dependant on experience Remote working with equipment provided Company pension Scheme 25 days holiday plus public holidays, plus a day off for your birthday and up to 5 additional day's leave with length of service.
