REFYT Ltd is a fast-growing retrofit contractor and consultancy delivering large-scale decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects across the UK. We specialise in government-backed schemes like ECO4, GBIS, SHDF and the GLA's Warmer Homes programme. With over 50 staff across surveying, coordination, install and ops, we're scaling fast - and we need the right people to come on board.

The Role - Internal Recruiter:
We're looking for a high-energy, self-sufficient
Internal Recruiter
to join our London team and
build out our national delivery and support functions
. You'll be responsible for hiring across multiple departments - from field-based insulation installers to retrofit assessors, office-based coordinators to head office leadership.
This is a hands-on role with real opportunity to shape how REFYT recruits and retains talent as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across all business areas (install, office, technical, ops, commercial)
Work closely with Heads of Department and the Managing Director to understand current and future hiring needs
Create clear job descriptions and post roles across Indeed, CV-Library, LinkedIn and specialist platforms
Actively source candidates for hard-to-fill roles (especially insulation installers, Retrofit Coordinators, and PAS2030-certified specialists)
Screen CVs, schedule interviews, carry out initial phone screens or video calls
Maintain and manage our internal applicant tracking system (ATS)
Oversee onboarding of new hires in collaboration with HR and department heads
Build a candidate pipeline and talent pool for future REFYT projects
Contribute to employer branding efforts and social recruitment campaigns
You'll thrive in this role if you:
? Have at least 2-3 years' recruitment experience, ideally in construction, energy, renewables, or high-volume operational hiring
? Are confident sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn and job boards
? Can manage multiple vacancies at once and work to fast-paced deadlines
? Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Are proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a scale-up environment
? Understand the value of finding mission-aligned people in a purpose-driven business
