Salary:

28,000 per annum + Uncapped Performance Based Commission!

Internal Recruiter

to help shape the future of our team.



You'll take the lead on recruitment across all levels of the business--from early careers to senior roles. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with hiring managers, craft engaging job adverts, and ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle--from sourcing to interviews and onboarding Write compelling, accurate job adverts and post across appropriate platforms Actively source candidates using both traditional and creative methods Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage logistics, and provide candidate feedback Conduct exit interviews and share insights with HR leadership Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance at all stages Keep our ATS (JobAdder) up to date and fully optimised Support our digital presence by updating the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, and careers page Occasionally travel to Essex to support recruitment efforts there Perform all pre-employment checks and reference checks Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and preferred suppliers Build strong, lasting relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs Develop links with universities, colleges, and education partners for early careers recruitment Attend careers fairs and organise recruitment events and open days Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, ATS, and job boards Highly organised, proactive, and people-focused A genuine interest in environmental sustainability is a big plus
