Internal Recruiter
to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with hiring managers, improving recruitment processes, and helping new starters settle into their roles successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with line managers to understand recruitment needs and agree timelines
Draft engaging job adverts and post them via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Manage and maintain the ATS to ensure a smooth candidate journey
Coordinate shortlisting with managers and arrange interviews
Support at interviews where required
Develop structured interview questions and a consistent scoring process to support fair and effective hiring decisions
Manage relationships with our external recruitment agency partners
Oversee the candidate onboarding process from offer to day one
Develop and maintain a check-in process from onboarding through to probation review
Work collaboratively with the wider HR team on employee retention initiatives
What Were Looking For:
Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment is essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confidence working with a range of stakeholders
Ability to manage systems and processes effectively
Attention to detail and a proactive approach
Previous experience in recruitment or HR support is a plus
