We are an award-winning boutique cosmetic dental group providing orthodontic, cosmetic, and general care to their patients across Berkshire, London, and Buckinghamshire.

We are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team based in our Wokingham location. The role is available on a full time or part time basis.

Key Responsibilities

To be an ambassador of our brand. This is a candidate short industry, so we are looking for previous experience of overcoming skill shortages through innovative campaigns. We also require a candidate that has strong communication skills and is able to develop rapport with our candidate streams and remain in regular contact with them where appropriate. We require previous experience of developing candidate pipelines and networking.

Day to day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our 5 sites, including issuing contracts and onboarding onto our internal training programmes as needed.

Developing strong relationships with the practice managers to understand their team requirements.

Oversee all external advertising and developing and maintaining strong social media presence in order to and build on our existing candidate pipelines.

Ideal Candidate

Experience of working within recruitment (either at an agency or direct hiring)

Proactive, meticulous and makes the role a key position in our group.

Someone who lives and breathes recruitment and understands how instrumental this role is to our company's growth.
