We're looking for a resilient, organised, and people-focused Internal Recruiter / HR Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to spot great talent quickly. This role is a vital part of our success -- you'll be the driving force behind hiring the people who keep us moving.

What You'll Do



Manage the full recruitment journey for our Sales, Service, and Head Office teams. Create and post engaging job adverts, screen top candidates, conduct first-stage online interviews, and coordinate second-stage interviews with managers. Make offers, manage the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth start for every new hire. Support the Senior HR Officer with HR administration, including keeping our HRIS up to date. Continuously improve our recruitment process for speed and quality. Keep track of interviews and candidate pipelines. Be a friendly, professional point of contact for employee queries and provide support to line managers.

What We're Looking For



Previous internal recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisation, communication, and multitasking skills. Proactive approach with the ability to stay ahead in a busy workload. Automotive recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential.
