Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional with a flair for building strong relationships and driving sales? We're looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Account Manager to join our friendly and fast-paced team at Consumable Unlimited, a trusted distributor in the catering, hygiene, and janitorial industry.

About the Role:

As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers--handling day-to-day enquiries, managing orders, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell from our wide product range. You'll work closely with our field sales team and support departments to ensure our customers receive top-quality service and solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email Proactively contact customers to introduce new products and promotions Prepare and follow up on quotes Work with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock availability Build strong internal relationships across departments to ensure excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an internal sales or customer account management role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational and time-management abilities A team player with a positive attitude and commercial awareness Experience in the catering, hygiene or janitorial sector is a strong advantage IT literate (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
