Kingswinford, West Midlands
Competitive (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commission
Full Time, Perm, Onsite
Monday-Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm

As an Internal Sales Adviser, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Oversee a large portfolio of house accounts to ensure ongoing business retention and growth.
• Actively seek, qualify, and convert new customers within your designated geographical area.
• Maintain strong, effective communication with both new and existing clients to foster relationships.
• Work closely with the Area Sales Representative to support regional sales activities.
• Contribute to the overall success of the business through strategic selling and exceptional customer service.

• Proven success in B2B sales, comfortable with cold calling and proactive lead generation.
• Ability to cross-sell and upsell existing accounts effectively.
• Strong understanding of margin, turnover, and profit.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident telephone manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general administrative skills.
• Self-motivated, positive, and able to work independently as well as part of a regional sales team.
• A sociable nature and eagerness to succeed, coupled with a strong work ethic.
