About the Role:

Join our busy Head Office team providing first-class support to our B2B clients. You'll be responsible for handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and great customer service.

What You'll Do:

Respond to client enquiries and provide quotations Communicate with production, warehouse, and accounts teams Deliver accurate, timely, and professional support Receive full product training

What We're Looking For:

Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Organised, self-motivated, and proactive Good with numbers and eager to learn Ambitious and career-driven
