As part of this continued development, they are now looking to strengthen their sales team with an Internal Sales role that will evolve as the successful candidate progresses.
The Role:
Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
Upsell products to existing customers and prospect for new business
Process sales orders using the CRM system
Handle inbound customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
Work closely with Field Sales Representatives to manage leads and support wider sales activity

Organised and motivated, with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional, approachable telephone manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Good IT skills (SAGE, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Educated to GCSE level (Maths and English)
Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm Office based role
