We are now looking for an
Internal Sales Executive (ISE)
to join our growing team. This is a key role focused on generating leads, managing customer accounts, and driving sales through first-class service and deep product knowledge. You'll collaborate closely with branch teams, external sales, and support functions to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing timely, tailored solutions.
Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle -- from quoting to order completion -- ensuring smooth coordination with stock and logistics teams.
Performance Focused: Consistently work to exceed sales targets with a focus on volume, margin, and profit.
Lead Generation: Reignite dormant accounts, follow up quotes, and identify new project opportunities with support from the external sales team.
CRM & Administration: Keep CRM records and customer activity up to date; support with invoicing and account queries where needed.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our full product range and relevant industry standards.
Health & Safety: Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture at all times.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in internal sales or account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised, with attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office/Excel, CRM, and sales systems
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
