Role Purpose

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused

Internal Sales Executive

to strengthen our sales team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, developing new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries and providing detailed product advice. Preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Developing and maintaining relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and clients. Supporting the sales team with leads, samples, and project follow-up. Managing records within our sales systems and providing accurate sales reports. Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in sales, ideally within the construction, building materials, or interiors sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational ability with attention to detail. Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development. IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Full UK Driving License.
